That situation is well known for every of us, in other proportion of course. When we did something bad – or not too bad, but we were afraid of the consequences. Just a question to see our mom or dad’s expression and feel all the fear it’s possible for a child to feel. I remember most of my “artes”, mainly because I knew I was wrong but I had to do that. And at that time (not too remote as it seems…lol) It was “allowed” parents to spank their kids. It was kind of “normal”. My butt used to thank…hehehe.
By the way, like Calvin, it’d be easy to me to run away to Argentina. Just to swim across the river. 😉
